If you’re interested in collaborating for one production or becoming a long-term member of our group, we would be delighted to work with you! However, before you apply, here are some things that you should know:
Commitment: We need people who are going to be committed, whether for just one production or long-term. We want people who are just as dedicated as we are to honing their crafts and employing them in the making of a film until post-production is complete.
Atmosphere: Being that our film group is a Christian one, we seek to have a God-honoring atmosphere on set, as well as off. We treat each other with love and encourage one another to do what is right before God.
Our dynamic is also a fun, but professional one. We love to joke around and goof off with each other, but we also take our roles within the group seriously, and fulfill our duties responsibly.
Content: We will only produce films that honor God and His Word. This doesn’t mean that every film we make is what would be known as a “Christian Film”, but means the exclusion of swearing, gratuitous gore, sexual content, etc., as well as the inclusion of themes and messages that are God honoring. This can range from, for example, subliminal Christian beliefs about heroism to explicit quotation of Scripture. That depends on what is best for each production.
Compensation: We don’t make any money, so we can’t pay you unless we were to somehow make a profit off of one of our productions. God willing we do make a profit in the future, all permanent members will receive a percentage of the income of each film, and collaborators on that production will be compensated in some way.
